MetricDomain Consulting ('we', 'us') respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data on metricdomain.com and the EnGauge dashboard (engauge.metricdomain.com), together the 'Site'. By using the Site, you agree to this policy.

2. Information We Collect

• Member registration: name, email, password (stored encrypted). • Consultation bookings: name, email, requested time, and notes you provide. • Contact/forms: information you submit. • Usage data: browsing activity, device, and aggregate analytics (to improve the Site).

3. How We Use Your Data

To provide and manage member services, arrange consultations and respond to enquiries, send service-related notifications, maintain Site security, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Third-Party Services

We engage the following types of service providers to operate the Site, each processing data only as necessary to provide its service: • Cloud hosting and database: running the Site, data storage and backups. • Web analytics: traffic statistics. • Email: delivery of system notification emails. • Payments and e-invoicing: online payments and invoice issuance. • Calendar and online meetings: consultant bookings and meeting links. • MyCRM: member account creation and synchronisation. • Form security: automated-bot detection. These providers may be located outside Taiwan, so your data may be stored and processed abroad.

5. EnGauge Dashboard and Connected Platform Data (including Google User Data)

When you connect accounts such as Google Ads, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, or Meta Ads to EnGauge, we read the following data within the scope you authorize: • Google Ads: account and campaign structure, performance reports (impressions, clicks, cost, conversions), and keyword planning data (search volume, bid ranges). • Google Search Console: search queries, impressions, clicks, average position, and URL inspection results. • Google Analytics 4: aggregated statistics on traffic sources, page views, engagement, and conversions.

Use: this data is used only to display performance, generate analysis, and provide recommendations in your EnGauge dashboard. We do not use it to serve advertising or personalized ads, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to determine creditworthiness or for lending. To generate analysis summaries and answer questions you ask in 'Ask AI', some aggregated figures are sent to the AI model provider we engage, solely to produce results for you.

Sharing: we do not share this data with any third party except service providers necessary to provide these features, as required by law, or with your explicit consent. Our staff do not read your data unless you agree (for example, to help troubleshoot), for security investigations, or as required by law.

Storage and security: data is encrypted in transit and at rest, stored in access-controlled databases, and isolated between companies.

Revocation and deletion: you can disconnect at any time in EnGauge settings, or remove EnGauge under third-party access in your Google Account (myaccount.google.com/permissions). Within 30 days after you revoke access or end the service, we delete the data obtained from that platform.

EnGauge's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in an access-controlled database. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures, though no internet transmission can be guaranteed absolutely secure.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email service@metricdomain.com.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time; updates will be posted on the Site. Material changes will be notified.
